Terms of Service

Last updated 19 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Quotelogue ("we", "us"). They cover your use of Quotelogue, including this website and the app. By creating an account or using Quotelogue, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live. If you use Quotelogue for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.
  • Give us true information and keep it up to date, including your email address.
  • Keep your password and any two-factor codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite to your workspace and the access you give them.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@quotalogue.cloud if you think someone else has got into your account.

2. Your workspace and your content

Everything you put into Quotelogue — your customers, products, quotations, notes, logo and so on — is your content. It stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you choose, only so that we can run the service for you. That includes showing a quotation to the customer you send its link to.

You are responsible for your content. In particular, you confirm that you are allowed to add your customers' details to Quotelogue, that your quotations are accurate, and that you have the right to send them. Quotations are between you and your customers. We are not a party to them and we do not check them.

3. What you may not do

  • Use Quotelogue for anything unlawful, or to mislead or defraud anyone, for example by sending false quotations.
  • Send spam or unwanted messages, or use the service to harass anyone.
  • Upload viruses or anything else meant to harm systems, or try to get into accounts, workspaces or parts of the service that are not yours.
  • Overload or interfere with the service, or collect data from it with automated tools.
  • Make several accounts to get around the limits of a plan.
  • Resell or sublicense Quotelogue, or copy it to build a competing product.

4. Plans, payments and renewal

  • Plans. Quotelogue has a Free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes, and its limits, are shown on the pricing page and in your billing settings.
  • Paying for a period. A paid plan is bought for a month or a year and runs until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in USD. Some ways of paying charge in another currency, for example Naira with Paystack, at an exchange rate we set and show you before you pay. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so.
  • Ways of paying. Card and local payments are handled by Paystack, and cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments. We may also accept payments made by hand, such as a bank transfer, which we confirm ourselves. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic renewal. If you choose automatic renewal when you pay with a card through Paystack, we save that card and charge it for the same plan and period about a day before your current period ends. If a charge fails we tell you and try again the next day, and stop after three failed tries. You can turn automatic renewal off, or remove the saved card, at any time in your billing settings, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • When a plan ends. If a period ends and you have not paid again, you have a grace period of 7 days. After that, your workspace goes back to the Free plan and its limits apply. We do not delete your data because a plan ended.
  • Price changes. We may change prices. A change applies to purchases and renewals after we announce it, and never to a period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds. A payment covers a period that starts when you pay, so we do not refund it once it has started, unless the law says we must or we charged you by mistake. If you think you were charged in error, write to hello@quotalogue.cloud within 30 days and we will look into it.

5. Points and referrals

  • What points are. Your workspace can earn points, for example for finishing setup, sending quotations, coming back each day, paying for a plan or inviting someone who joins and uses Quotelogue. You can spend them on plan time and on other things we offer for points. How many points each thing earns, and what they buy, is shown in the app and may change.
  • They are not money. Points have no cash value. You cannot buy them, sell them, give them to another workspace or exchange them for money.
  • Referrals. When someone signs up with your link or code and sends their first quotation, both of you may be given points, up to a limit for each 30 days. Inviting yourself or your own team, or creating accounts to collect points, does not count.
  • We may change or take them back. We may change how points are earned and spent, or end the points programme, and we will tell you first if we do. We may remove points, or the plan time bought with them, that were given by mistake or through abuse of these rules. Points are lost when a workspace is deleted.

6. Business pages and reviews

  • What it is. A workspace can apply for a page about its business on Quotelogue and a card on our homepage, paid for with points. Every page is looked at by a person before it goes live, and we may say no, or take a page down later, if it breaks these terms or we think it could mislead or harm people. We give back the points for time that was not used when we turn an application down, unless the page broke these terms.
  • What you may put on it. Only things that are true and that you have the right to use: your business name, logo, description, services, place and contact details. You are responsible for it. Changing the words on a live page takes it off the site until we have looked at the change again, and the time you paid for is not lost.
  • Enquiries. Visitors can send an enquiry from your page. We pass on to you the name, contact details and message they typed, and you may use them only to answer that enquiry and, if the visitor asks for it, to send a quotation. You must not add them to marketing lists or share them. You handle what you receive under the law where you live.
  • We do not vouch for anyone. We look at pages, but we do not check anyone's work, licences or prices, and being listed is not a recommendation by Quotelogue.
  • Reviews of Quotelogue. If your workspace has the right to manage billing, we may ask you to write a review of Quotelogue. A review must be your honest opinion, based on your own use. A person reads every review before it appears, and we may say no, or take a review down later, if it is not honest, is not about Quotelogue, or is unkind or unlawful. We do not choose reviews by how kind they are, and points for a review are given only when it is approved, never for a particular rating.
  • What you allow. When a review is approved, you allow us to show it, with the name and business you chose to show, on our website and in our marketing, for as long as it stays approved. You can remove your review at any time from the Reviews page in your workspace, and it comes off the site.

7. The service

We work to keep Quotelogue available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of mistakes. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that makes a paid plan clearly worse, we will tell you first.

8. Leaving, and ending your account

You can stop using Quotelogue at any time. You can delete your account in Settings, under Profile. If you own a workspace, deleting your account deletes the workspace with all its customers, products and quotations. This cannot be undone, and copies may stay in our backups for a limited time until they are overwritten.

We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you the chance to put things right first.

9. Ownership

We own Quotelogue: the software, the design and the name. These terms give you the right to use the service for your own business while your account is open, and nothing more. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Our responsibility to you

Quotelogue is provided "as is". We are not giving you legal, tax or financial advice, and you are responsible for the prices, taxes and terms in your own quotations. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for anything connected to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or your rights as a consumer where you have them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will tell you by email or in the app before it starts. If you keep using Quotelogue after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can close your account.

12. Contact
